Payment Methods

For clients outside of Brazil, payment will be done through PayPal in USD. Half the payment can be done upfront, and the other half can be done after the client is satisfied with the final sketch. However, if the client wishes to pay the entire art upfront, they can do so, as long as they communicate this with me.
For clients in Brazil, it's preferable for the payment to be done through Pix in Brazilian Reais (R$). However, they can also pay through PayPal if they wish to do so. Pix will also be divided into before/after the final sketch.

My Rights

As an artist, I have the right to refuse to draw anything that makes me feel umcorfortable, and as such, the client must have clear information on the general content that will be displayed in their art before requesting a commission.
As I develop Work In Progresses (WIPs), I will always maintain a good communication with the client so major that changes can be preferably done early on. It is recommended to always communicate if any changes should be done, as to avoid confusion on the late stages of the art.
As to the time it takes for a commission to be done, it will usually take from 2 weeks to a month. Though unusual, I will tell the client if the time will extend what I proposed previously.
The client must credit me if they repost my art outside of my main profiles.
Copyright / User Police
• My art is not NFT.
• Do not remove or alter any of my watermarks or signatures.
• The client is not allowed to feed my art to Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorythms. Doing so will result in full ban from my profile and a permanent block from commissioning me again.
• Any copyright infringement will result in the loss of all rights you had under the art.
• If I wish to post any stages of the art on my social media, I will always ask the client before making such decision.
• If you want to use my art commercially on logos, stickers, t-shirts, prints or any marketable item, a percentage of the profit will be paid to me which will be negotiated.
Client rights
The client owns the characters from the commission, and they are free to repost it as the wish with due crediting.
I will also ask if the client wishes to be credited by the time the commission is posted on my profile, or keep themselves anonymous.
The client has the right to ask how the art is going, however, I kindly ask for patience and consideration when it comes to requesting information regarding the process.
Cancelling / Refund
Complete refund can be done before the finalization of the sketch if the client wishes to do so, be it due to unforeseen circumstances or insatisfaction with the art process. After the final sketch, however, refund will not be possible, but the client will retain the last half of the payment if they decide to cancel the commission after that stage.
As for clients who paid the whole price upfront, they have the right of a 50% refund if they wish to cancel the commission at any stage after the final sketch.
